Carla Bowens

As a little girl, Carla was known to smile and strike a pose every time she was near a camera or mirror. She embarked on a modeling career while maintaining her individual flair and her passion for fashion.

With these unique sensibilities, coupled with her tenacity and diligence, Carla has utilized her talents and professional experience to expand beanpYe beyond the trendsetting street-fashion scene in New York to the sensational red carpet galas in Los Angeles. 

After graduating cum laude from North Carolina State University, Carla spent the next few years working in marketing and public relations for companies such as ESPN/ABC Sports, Fox Sports Net, WNBA LA Sparks, 20th Century FOX, and Exxon Mobil.  Currently, Carla is also a marketing executive at Equity Marketing where her clients include Burger King, NASCAR, NFL, Sony, and Microsoft. 

Carla also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. 

In her spare time, Carla enjoys basketball, volleyball, running, fashion, scrap booking, movies, reading, and traveling.  She was born and raised in Wilson, North Carolina, but resides in Los Angeles, California.
